

I would like to offer my support to Clive and all his team at CNG for their fantastic assistance in
developing our new kitchen at The Star Inn. Having used CNG at our other two award-winning
establishments, Cross House Lodge and The Star at Scampston, I have no doubt that the standard of
equipment and the design, which we have put together, will allow our Michelin-starred standards to develop even further both in turnover of covers and attaining a higher quality of food, whilst working in probably one if not the best pub kitchen in Britain.
